Privacy Policy — ITCSCore

ITCSCore ("we", "us", or "our") operates www.itcscore.com (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. The Service provides AI-augmented football match intelligence on an information-only basis. We do not accept wagers, do not handle funds, and are not a betting service.

2. Data We Collect

(a) Server logs: IP address, user agent, referrer, request timestamps. Retained 30 days. (b) Cookies: see our Cookie Settings page for full list. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled. (c) Admin user data (operators only): username, hashed password, email, login activity. We do not collect end-user accounts at this stage. (d) We do not collect device fingerprints, location, or biometric data.

3. How We Use Your Data

(a) Operate, maintain, and secure the Service. (b) Detect abuse (rate limiting, fraud detection). (c) Comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not use personal data for behavioral advertising.

4. Cookies

We use four cookie categories: Strictly Necessary, Performance/Analytics, Functional, and Marketing. Marketing cookies are not used at this stage. See /legal/cookie-settings for the full list and to manage your consent.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port, or object to processing of your personal data (GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA / LGPD / PIPL where applicable). To exercise these rights, contact admin@itcscore.com. We respond within 30 days.

6. Data Retention

Server logs: 30 days. Admin audit logs: 1 year. Match data and predictions: indefinite (publicly sourced). Cookies: see Cookie Settings.

7. Third-Party Services

(a) API-Football (https://www.api-football.com) — match data source. (b) OpenAI / kanqiumei OpenAI-compatible gateway — AI brief generation. (c) Backup storage — encrypted PostgreSQL dumps on the same VPS infrastructure. We enter into data processing agreements with each processor where applicable.

8. International Transfers

Our infrastructure is hosted in a single VPS region (see www.itcscore.com/.well-known for details). Where data is transferred outside your jurisdiction, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has interacted with the Service, contact admin@itcscore.com.

10. Complaints

You may lodge a complaint with us at admin@itcscore.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

11. Policy Changes

We notify users of material changes by updating the effective date below. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
