These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.itcscore.com (the "Service") operated by ITCSCore. By accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Definition

The Service provides AI-augmented football match intelligence (predictions, statistical models, editorial briefings). The Service is information-only. The Service does not accept wagers, does not process funds, and is not a betting service.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Intellectual Property

Match data is sourced from API-Football under our subscription. Site editorial content, code, and design are owned by ITCSCore. You may view content for personal, non-commercial use. Redistribution, framing, scraping at scale, or commercial reuse is prohibited without prior written consent.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) scrape, mirror, or systematically index the Service beyond rate limits; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or probe security mechanisms; (c) misrepresent predictions as guarantees, "sure wins", or fixed outcomes; (d) use the Service to facilitate illegal gambling in jurisdictions where it is prohibited; (e) impersonate ITCSCore or its operators.

5. Limitation of Liability

Predictions are AI-generated statistical estimates. They are not betting advice and are not guarantees of any outcome. ITCSCore is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from reliance on the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

6. Service Availability

We make no SLA commitment. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure failure, or upstream data provider outages. We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

7. Third-Party Links

The Service may link to third-party websites (e.g., official league sites, responsible gambling resources). We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party content.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong SAR, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction apply.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms by posting an updated version. Material changes are effective on the new effective date below.
